A safe and supportive place to explore your path
Personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs and goals.
We believe everyone can heal, change themselves for the better and improve their lives...but that's not what brings a person to counselling. A person coming to counselling is usually heaped in fear, trauma, anxiety, depression, and an inability to cope with life as is. It's OK, we'll find a light in the tunnel. Together, we will define and envision what that rewarding light at the end of the tunnel looks like for you.

Individual Counselling
Teens, Adults and Elders
Family and relationships can be sources of both strength and conflict. Important people in your life are welcome if you want them to join you during your session but this is counselling for the individual.
Initial appointments are suggested as over the phone. We will email you outlining confidentiality rights and limitations included in a brief intake form for vital info and your consent before we begin our session. Virtual and phone appointments are available to anyone anywhere. If meeting in-person is your preferred choice, we offer weekly office appointments or Walk and Talk in Midland, ON. Evening and Saturday appointments are also an option.
Your choice of convenience every time you book.
